Kung Fu requires effort, time, commitment. My fitness does not come from luck, it comes from hard work and determination. The majority of this conditioning session is done with 16kg total of ankle and wrist weights.I concentrate on footwork and agility that increases my speed and power in sparring.My inspiration comes from my Sifu who still trains his kung fu daily.Walk the talkFamily strength honour.
